Refunds for prelicensing products or services that are in original and unused condition may be honored within 90 days of purchase. If for some reason a recruit fails the state exam within 3 days after scoring 80% on the Bonus Questions, we will refund the cost of the material when provided with a copy of the exam results and product code.
