About Svetlana Mitchell

Svetlana has nearly 20 years of experience in insurance licensing education. Her areas of expertise include curriculum and content development for insurance products in various lines of authority, e-learning, and regulatory compliance. She manages a team of content specialists and oversees the development and updating of the ExamFX Insurance prelicensing and continuing education product library. She also conducts Train the Trainer workshops for instructors and managers. Svetlana has served as a subject matter expert for job analysis and exam development committees for national testing services and multiple states.  

Svetlana holds a Master’s degree in Education and is a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI™). She is also an active member of insurance industry organizations (SITE and SILA), has served on conference committees, and has participated in educators' panels at several educational conferences.
