What’s Changing for Arizona Insurance Exams in 2025?
Arizona will switch to a new testing provider for insurance licensing exams. Candidates should check updated registration procedures and ensure their prep materials align with the new format.
The Update
The Arizona Department of Insurance has selected PSI as the new testing provider for Arizona insurance exams effective September 3, 2025. As of August 24, 2025, Prometric will no longer be administering Arizona Insurance exams.
Key dates:
- Registration for PSI exams started on August 1, 2025
- PSI's first day of testing is September 3, 2025.
- Prometric's last day of testing is August 24, 2025.
- There will be a blackout window between August 24, 2025, and September 3, 2025, when state exams will not be available.
