The integration of Active Alerts into our Manager Candidate Tracking Platform, Elite Analytics, is setting a new standard for candidate oversight, ensuring every learner is equipped with the support they need to succeed.

Active Alerts can become a cornerstone of success for both candidates and managers alike, giving manager real-time progress tracking and remediation tips. 

Here's how it works: 

  • Managers receive timely notifications with specific triggers based on candidates' study behaviors, allowing for closer monitoring of their progress.
  • Alerts provide recommended remediation actions to help managers intervene effectively and support candidates in their exam preparations.

 The following enhancements are now available in Elite Analytics: 

 

  1. The ability to clear individual alerts within the Alerts modal (Candidate Summary Page).
  2. The ability to filter within the Alerts report tab (Individual Candidate View).
  3. The enhanced widget and Manager's full name are available on all Individual Candidate views.
  4. New Alerts available:
    1. Abandoned Assessments
    2. Exam Time Expired
    3. Excessive Pausing
    4. Loss of Focus
    5. Concurrent Sessions
    6. Rapid Exam Completion
