Continuing Education Proctoring & Process Updates
Arizona
A waiver of proctoring requirements is still in effect in Arizona.
After you take your CE certificate exam and are completing your proctor's information, please enter the following:
Proctor First Name: No
Proctor Last Name: Proctor
You will need to complete all other questions regarding your proctor (address, email, etc.) using your own personal information. The system requires all fields to be completed in order to proceed.
Massachusetts, Michigan, Vermont
You may complete your Certificate exam without a proctor but will have to complete a follow-up attestation to receive a Certificate of Completion. The attestation will be emailed to you.
