How do I reschedule my Live Focused Webinar for my securities course?
If you purchased the Live Online Study Package, follow the steps below to reschedule a Live Focused Webinar.
To cancel your registration, open the confirmation or reminder email you received. Scroll to the end of the instructions and disclaimers, just above “Ways to Join this Webinar.” Find the text that reads “To edit or cancel your registration details, click here.” Click “here.”
Scroll to the bottom of the Zoom webpage this opens and click “Cancel Registration”
When prompted with “Are you sure you want to cancel webinar registration?” click “Yes.”
To re-register for a new Live Focused Webinar, within your course, navigate to “My Registrations” and scroll down to “Register for [course] Live Focused Webinar”
You will be presented with the available dates. Select the date you desire and follow the prompts to register for the Live Focused Webinar. Please note you must use the email associated with your ExamFX account.
You will receive a confirmation email upon rescheduling and reminder emails one week, one day, and one hour before the Live Focused Webinar starts. The emails will contain the meeting link needed to join.
Your ExamFX course must be active to attend the Live Focused Webinar.
